Graduate Program
The graduate program at Pitcher Partners is all about choice – as a graduate you will be initially designated to a team based on your preference at the initial interview stage. However, we may encourage you to develop your general as well as your specialist skills, and arrange rotations to occur between service lines so you can appropriately decide which team is best suited to you.

Your introduction to Pitcher Partners as a Graduate starts with a comprehensive induction program including four days on the Gold Coast, attending our National Graduate Training Program.

Applications for our graduate program open in March each year and close around April. All our graduates begin around March after the successful completion of their degree.

Applications for our 2011 Graduate Prorgram will open on 1st March 2010 and will close on 12th April 2010.

Undergraduate Program
Our undergraduate program is designed for students who have a keen desire to gain practical experience before completing their University degree. The undergraduate program begins in March each year and coincides with the graduate intake. Our undergraduates are given the same opportunities and training and development experiences as our graduates. Most undergraduates will work with Pitcher Partners on a full time basis, however, will receive a half day per week to attend university.

Upon completion of university studies, the top performing students will be offered a graduate position. In addition to securing a full-time job before graduating, the benefits of joining our undergraduate program are often realised when students return to university to continue their final year of studies and notice they have a practical edge over their fellow class-mates.

Applications for our 2011 Undergraduate Program will close on 14 June 2010. Please note that we have limited positions available this year.
